This photo was taken in Manhattan’s Chinatown, but the colorful Colombian gentleman pictured in it is one of my all-time favorite Queens characters. Keep an eye out for him in Elmhurst and Jackson Heights where he often rides his bicycle down La Roosie with his lapdog and parrot done up in colors to match his ensemble.
